We want to make sure that you receive your order when you expect it to arrive, so please read this so you understand our different shipping options.

DAILY UPS CUT-OFF Because we want to make sure we have time to accurately pack your order, our cut-off time for shipments is 12:00 pm (noon) Mountain Standard Time for Next Day, 2nd Day or 3-Day shipping. Any orders received after this time will not ship until the following day.

If you are ordering expedited shipping (any options other than ground), please provide us with a phone number where we can reach you if we need to clarify anything about your order.

PROTECTIVE SHIPPING Because we want to make sure your heat-sensitive products reach you in excellent condition, we offer a PROTECTIVE SHIPPING option which assures that your order is in transit no more than two days and is protected from heat with a cooler or styrofoam packing and coolant.  This option is different from UPS Ground. We guarantee that your product will not melt in transit, but we do not guarantee that your order will arrive in a specific time-frame. Because we ship via UPS and UPS does not normally deliver over a weekend, ANY ORDERS THAT ARE PLACED AFTER WEDNESDAY NOON MAY BE HELD UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY TO SHIP TO INSURE THAT YOUR ORDER DOES NOT SIT IN A TRUCK OVER THE WEEKEND AND MELT. Protective Service guarantees that your product will not melt in transit, but it does not guarantee that your order will arrive in a specific time-frame. Please also keep in mind that this option may not be necessary all year round when shipping to your location. Look at the temperatures between your location and Colorado, and if they are going to be below 60 degrees, you probably do not need this shipping option.
